Michael Jackson a No Show in Court

Judge, lawyers, and potential jurors sat around in court today waiting for Michael Jackson so they could proceed with picking the jury but Jackson failed to appear. Word eventually came that Jackson had been taken to the hospital with flu like symptoms. Yesterday Jackson's lawyer, Tom Mesereau, read a list of potential witnesses for the defense. They included Diana Ross, Elizabeth Taylor, Koby Bryant, Stevie Wonder, Corey Felman, Ed Bradley and Jay Leno.
