Jackson Sells Neverland
Rumor has it that Michael Jackson has sold Neverland for about $30 million. It is believed that he will move to Europe directly after the court case if he is found not guilty. However, Jackson owes $285 million.

I googled this and found nothing but as you say, it is a rumor. I would actually think, however, that it would be worth more than 30 million. Michael, Michael, Michael.
